Several months ago my clients started on a journey with us to find a place to call home for them in Georgia. They have spent the last several years in California in a labor of love, looking after his father. It was time to come back to Georgia and so many friends and family that live here in metro Atlanta, including us, are so glad!!!
After looking at many houses, via FaceTime to California, during a time this past Spring when Sellers had total control of the market, they decided that building new construction was the thing to do!
God was looking out for them and I found a lovely neighborhood of new construction homes by Premier Builders that suited their needs near the lake. They selected a lot, and things got rolling!! They have designed a dream home here in Buford and it is REALLY gorgeous!! Can't wait to see the finishing touches they put into it!!!
